Gene spoke with us multiple times prior to the wedding where he explained his philosophy as well as walking through the night. The biggest thing that we got from the phone calls was that Gene was on our side and he would do anything he could to help us (including turning away over-exuberant uncles who want to give speeches). On the night of, Gene was amazing. He played the hits and kept the party going. We sent him playlist ideas ahead of time so he got a taste of our music preferences, and he nailed it. "We got married on 9/21/19 at the Charles Allis Art Museum. We met with a few different DJ companies, and Milwaukee Airwaves just really seemed to fit our vision for the wedding, which was to have a great dance party and for everyone to have fun. Aaron Arendt and his assistant were our DJs for the night, and they did an awesome job keeping lots of people on the dance floor. They also played all of the songs we requested, which was great!! We had a smallish wedding, about 70 guests, but the dance floor was always full!
